How do I clean the bottle?
QQ Blueizer contains an Antibacterial Substance Ceramic Ball Bearings Filtration stage that disinfects and eliminates 99.99% of bacteria found in water. However, it should be hand-washed reguarly in warm water and left to dry completely. we do not recommend dishwasher use.
The filter simply needs to be rinsed in running water befure reuse. It can be reused up to 1200 times before the filter needs to be replaced.

Does it taste funny?
QQ Blueizer converts tap water into alkalized, ionized and mineral rich water that is soft and refreshing, but more importantly, extremley good for you health.

What kind of water can I use?
QQ Blueizer is intended to be used with municipal tap water or bottled water to enhance the overall quality of the water.

Can I put hot water?
Hot water exceeding 140 F or 60 C should not be run through the filters.

Can I freeze it?
We do not recommend freezing QQ Blueizer bottle. However, if you do plan to do so, the cap should be removed, and leave plenty of space for the water to expand as it freezes.

Can I freeze it?
As our product has only been tested and specialized for use with municipal tap water, we do not recommend using any liquids other than tap water or bottled water.
